This is actually the Attack "4VWD" 4-channel AM 27MHz SURFACE Radio from Futaba.
Using the 2 additional channels, you have the flexibility to add a functional water cannon to your fire boat, light/sound to your 18-wheeler, or unique effects to your Tamiya tank.
