This might be a R113iP 3-Channel 27MHz/ 40MHz/ 75Mhz Micro PCM1024 Receiver "Without Crystal".

Unique Notice about Frequency Changes-
*72MHz- Low musical organization networks 11 to 35; High band networks 36 to 60.
Receiver crystal channels (11-35 or 36-60) Within Each Band
Can stay Changed, and never need a retuning of receiver.
*72MHz Frequency Band (low or high) for the receiver can't Be
Changed from low to high musical organization, OR from high to low musical organization without
sending it into Futaba Services for retuning.
*50MHz, 72MHz, 27MHz and 75MHz regularity Bands can't under any
circumstances be interchanged with one another. The receiver Must
be sent in for retuning to the appropriate band.
*50MHz, 27MHz and 75MHz receiver crystals could be changed anywhere
within the particular bands. There are no high or low bands such
as the 72MHz band has.
*Transmitter Crystals Can Not be changed to another channel except
by a licensed service center. It's against FCC laws, and
illegal for the user to improve a frequency determining component
of a transmitter. If the radio just isn't retuned, it could be a hazard
spectators, modelers or home, and void AMA coverage.
*Check with the regional R/C club the frequencies used in your area.
