FEEDBACK: A retract servo is a very specialized servo. It's non-proportional,
going 180 degrees, "lock to lock". These are typically especially made for
mechanical retracts to lock the apparatus in the along roles.
and DO NOT have any method of end point adjustment and cannot be
adjusted by ATV on a transmitter. They have been just able to go 180
degrees and supply complete maximum available torque at two end
points. This will be their entire purpose and intentional design, but if
someone has an original design situation where they need other than
180 degrees available, they have to utilize a proportional servo, maybe not a
retract servo. They're specifically made to withstand constant
holding lots within the up and down jobs, unique to your usage of
mechanical retracts.
Pneumatic retracts do not need a retract servo. A proportional
standard or mini servo is used to maneuver the air valve backwards and forwards
