That is a Sail Control Winch Servo which includes appropriate Winching-Action with a
Drum (in place of servo arms like other "sail winch" servos).

This servo can produce high-current draw from your own batteries.
If making use of NiMH or Li-Po batteries, make sure they are capable
of delivering enough Amps.
