F-100 D Super Sabre

The united states F-100 Super Sabre (known as Hun from hundred or so) had been initial supersonic jet fighter aircraft that offered using the united states of america Air Force (USAF) from 1954 to 1971 and with the Air nationwide Guard (ANG) until 1979. The F-100 was originally created as a greater performance replacement to the F-86 air superiority fighter. Adjusted as a fighter bomber, the F-100 flew extensively over Southern Vietnam whilst the Air Force's main close atmosphere support jet until changed by the more efficient subsonic A-7D Corsair II. The F-100A officially entered USAF solution on 27 September 1954 with 479th Fighter Wing. The definitive F-100D aimed to deal with the tools shortcomings of the F-100C by being primarily a ground attack aircraft.
