the ocean Hurricane, produced from the famous Hawker fighter, was developed to provide atmosphere cover for cargo vessels convoys. The initial variations had been modified to be carried by merchant vessels designed with a catapult for establishing the Sea Hurricanes. The ships, however, had no data recovery facilities and cranes. The only alternative for the pilots was to find a friendly landing base, if autonomy could allowed it, or ditching. Despite these operating limitations, the ocean Hurricane gained the very first victories. The ocean Hurricane Mk Ib version is prepared with arrest hook additionally the fighter could operated from aircraft carriers, such as HMS Furious and HMS Eagle, and from MAC vessels, large cargo vessels with trip deck enable to introduce and recover the aircrafts. From February 1942, Water Hurricane Mk Ic, has been introduced. Above 400 planes has been produced and additionally they were used in Mediterranean and Atlantic areas.
