In Napoleon's Grand Arm`ee, supplies and logistics were of vital value. In 1805, Napoleon moved all his military from Boulogne, on the shores of the Channel, toward Rhine, travelling over 370 kilometers within 13 times. The march, crowned by the strategic success at Ulm, was authorized by the flexibility of this corps by the wonderful logistics organized by the Emperor's high command.
