This gold coloured finish which you typically just find on high performance motorbikes makes the top of shaft extremely smooth and for that reason creates a much better functioning shock absorber. The other advantage is that the shaft is now more powerful due to this therapy and it is consequently more resistant to heavy impacts. The Ti-Ni shock shafts can be found in pairs of quick or long shafts and are also suitable for the RCC surprise absorbers.
