It had been developed as a method to increase airfield construction, which was done by hand up until that time. According to other existing farm tractor designs, it had been prepared with a 50hp gasoline engine and a hydraulic dozer blade. About 150 had been built from 1943 towards the end associated with war plus they were delivered to engineering devices in north and southern fronts.
