This rather rare WWII German AFV showcased a fearsome 38cm rocket launcher mounted upon the confirmed Tiger we chassis, and was created to be used against heavily strengthened enemy jobs, against which it could fire 1.5m very long, 350kg rocket-powered projectiles. Regarding survivability, too, the Sturmtiger's fighting compartment was well-equipped, with 15cm of frontal armor and 8cm on the edges. All told, only 18 examples had been produced, between August and December 1944; these people were implemented in occupied Poland, as well as on German house soil since the conflict ground to its summary.
