This product was previously and exclusively available for the F104X1 framework. It has become available as a regular option component for many variations of F104 chassis. This product incorporates a side damper which eliminates the conventional friction discs found on the standard F104 F1 chassis. The roll damper offers better persistence compared to the old-fashioned damper discs due to the fact applied damper grease is shielded from track debris and stays inside the damper tube.

Specs and Features

Includes: upper deck, roll damper, and damper mount incorporated with Item 84203 F104X1 Chassis Kit. This set enables your F104 machine to have the exact same top deck/rear suspension system setups once the F104X1 framework, enabling modification of pitch and roll movement individually.
Set includes blue-anodized damper mounts
Suitable for F104, F104PRO, F104W, and F104X1 framework devices.
Note: Item 53901 TRF Special Damper (F103GT) (separately available) is needed to be used with this specific set. If installing this Option component on an F104 PRO framework, the kit-standard damper can be used. Friction damper and friction plates cannot be utilized using this set.
