This bridge part fits onto the center shaft (BB21) and counter pulley inside TA07's 1-belt drivetrain. When fitted, it reduces center shaft flex and will act as an easy belt stress adjuster. Applying this Hop-Up Option component, you won't have to make use of the plastic gear cover.
