• In 1975, Walter Wolf, a wealthy Slovenian-Austrian-Canadian businessman bought Frank Williams Racing Automobiles and developed Wolf Racing. The F1 team showcased the legendary Wolf WR1 racing car, that has been driven by Jody Scheckter. In 1977, the Wolf WR1 made its first at the Argentine Grand Prix. The WR1 vehicle completed in 11th destination. Through the 1977 battle period, Scheckter drove the WR1 to three victories and a standard 2nd destination finish within the driver&39;s championship.
