That is a Limited-Edition version kit for the Mach Frame (FM-A) (Item 18714) with a brand new glossy silver metallic human anatomy.

Mach Attack!
This assembly kit creates the Mach Frame, an elegant Mini 4WD racer whose human body won the MERIT AWARD in the 2018 Mini 4WD Design Contest held in Japan. A cutting-edge body design is comprised of a body and three separate framework elements, with themes drawn from high-speed motorcycles and jets. Metallic stickers are within the kit to enhance the model.

FM-A: Aerodynamic Front Motor Chassis
The FM-A chassis is a front motor unit with advanced level aerodynamic themes that - as a result of its center of gravity toward leading - is at home on a whole variety of track kinds including individuals with regular elevation modifications. It comes designed with a low-friction front side skid club, even though the framework underside permits quick access on engine and fast setup changes. Aircraft-inspired aero side stays allow attachment of a selection of Grade-Up components. The framework is molded in durable metallic gray ABS, with low friction A parts particularly underpanel in black. White A-spoke wheels are along with super difficult low-profile tires, and also the model includes a motor and 3.5:1 gear ratio.
