Towards the laset months of WWII the Ardelt/Krupp designteam concepted the le Einheitswaffentrager 8 , 8cm IFH, which based on framework elements already found in the Hetzer and 38 D car show aided by the aircooled V 12 Tatra Diesel engine . As only aminimum of security was intended, the extra weight could be restricted to 15 tons to offer an increased mobility. Till end fo the war just couple of prototypes had been built.
