The ICV provides protected transport for an infantry squad and direct fire support through the dismounted attack. The ICV carries a 9-man squad and keeps the ability to provide effective supporting fire toward squad although it is dismounted. The principal design for the IAV has two variations: The Infantry Carrier Vehicle (ICV) and the mobile phone Gun System (MGS). The ICV troop transport vehicle is with the capacity of carrying 9 infantry soldiers and their equipment. It needs a crew of two; a driver and a vehicle commander.
