The ECS BB (Ball-Bearing) driveshafts provide an important performance gain over the standard blade-type driveshafts. The friction between the driveshaft and outdrive is paid off, which helps to offer a smoother control feel, particularly on fast way modifications, like chicanes. The paid down friction helps you to increase cornering rates. The 59mm shafts are suitable for lots more open and moving track designs. They will offer somewhat less initial steering, but better steering in the part, in addition to on power. Drive shafts are exclusively constructed from unique world-renowned, top-secret, self-developed HUDY Spring Steel. Upkeep of these bearing driveshafts is important, but very simple. Build them as you would your normal ECS driveshafts, however with the next addition; we suggest utilizing the Hudy Joint Grease (106213) involving the little bearings plus the outdrives, for an extended life of the components.
