Brand new extra-strong ECS drive shafts. 50mm ECS set with new strengthened drive shaft, drive shaft case, and drive axle. The ECS drive shaft equalizes the speed between the drive shaft together with wheel. With an original 2-piece joint between the axle and wheel, the exact same extreme wheel turning angle is divided into two shallower perspectives to stop joint binding. This means at exact same cornering speed, the inner wheel will not bind or vibrate. Drive through corner is more stable & exact, and easier to drive.
With the ECS drive shafts, wheel vibrations and noise are decreased to minimal, steering is increased, and cornering rate and smoothness are noticeably increased.
It is very important to regularly service the shafts to increase the lifespan and keep performance. Before use, these steps should be followed: 1. construct the ECS drive shaft. 2. utilize #106210 HUDY Graphite Grease to lubricate both drive shaft couplings. 3. utilize medium-grade thread lock (age.g., Loctite 242) on both setscrews. Don't use an excessive amount of threadlock as it can block the drive shaft. 4. make sure that the ECS drive shaft moves freely.
