These slim pinions are manufactured by XRAY on a specially-modified precision gear device which includes ultra-precise tolerances and assures unparalleled concentricity. After machining, the slim pinions have each of their edges chamfered after which are run-in. The pinions are then particularly treated to provide them an even hardcoat so that they stay absolute real for a long time.
