Innovative progressive shock system for ULP touring car shocks for improved traction and steering faculties. Shock insert has 3 triangle cuts and is used with piston without holes. The hardness associated with the surprise is affected not by the holes into the piston however with the insert. The insert is mounted into the surprise with wider surface regarding the bottom for the shock and narrower regarding top.
if the piston reaches the bottom of the surprise, it moves softer and dampening becomes harder as soon as the piston will the top. Which means that the shock dampening is softer in the first part of movement and becomes harder as soon as the vehicle is moving more. The shock inserts should be utilized with pistons without holes, must be used both front side & backside, and only on asphalt. Similar oil is used in these insert-equipped shocks just like standard shocks. The inserts are CNC-machined from premium Swiss 7075 T6 aluminum, and therefore are black coated. The pistons are molded using special processes & composites to make certain roundness, while maintaining maximum stiffness and durability. The pistons are furthermore correctly grinded.
