50-tooth big external spur gear for center differential is machined from special HUDY steel product that has been specially developed for gear-type items, furthermore hardened and accuracy ground to match the tightest threshold needs for perfect fit with the diff outdrives. The gears are separately machined on a precision German gear device and every gear is separately tested, examined, and run in. The diff gear is laser etched with 50T for fast & effortless recognition.
