The 41-tooth large bevel gear for front differential is machined from special HUDY metal material that has been specifically developed for gear-type items, furthermore hardened and precision ground to suit the tightest tolerance requirements for perfect fit with the diff outdrives. The gears are individually machined on a precision German gear device and each gear is independently tested, examined, and run in. The diff gear will be laser engraved with "41T" for easy and immediate recognition.
Our unique heat therapy makes the gear very hard and strong not only at first glance but in addition into the core, hence give the gear an extraordinarily-long lifespan with very low wear comparing to standard gears.
