46-tooth big external spur gear for center differential is machined from special HUDY steel material that has been especially developed for gear-type services and products, additionally hardened and precision ground to match the tightest threshold requirements for perfect fit with the diff outdrives. The gears are independently machined on a precision German gear device and each gear is independently tested, inspected, and run in. The diff gear is laser engraved with 46T for simple & immediate recognition.

Our special heat treatment makes the apparatus very difficult and strong not merely on the surface but also in core, this provides you with the gear an extraordinarily-long lifespan with low use comparing to standard gears.
