47-tooth large external spur gear for center differential is machined from unique HUDY metal material which includes been particularly developed for gear-type services and products, also hardened and precision ground to suit the tightest tolerance demands for perfect match the diff outdrives. The gears are separately machined on a precision German gear machine and every gear is individually tested, inspected, and run in. The diff gear is laser etched with 47T for quick & simple recognition.

Our special heat therapy makes kit very hard and strong not just on the surface but in addition in core, this provides you with the gear an extraordinarily-long lifespan with suprisingly low wear comparing to standard gears.
