48-tooth big external spur gear for center differential is machined from unique HUDY metal product which includes been specifically developed for gear-type services and products, also hardened and precision ground to fit the tightest threshold demands for perfect fit with the diff outdrives. The gears are separately machined on a precision German gear machine and every gear is individually tested, examined, and run in. The diff gear is laser engraved with 48T for quick & easy recognition.

Our unique heat treatment makes the gear very hard and strong not only on the surface and into the core, thus giving kit an extraordinarily-long lifespan with low wear comparing to standard gears.
