49-tooth big external spur gear for center differential is machined from unique HUDY steel product which has been specially developed for gear-type items, furthermore hardened and accuracy ground to fit the tightest tolerance demands for perfect fit with the diff outdrives. The gears are individually machined on a precision German gear device and each gear is independently tested, inspected, and run in. The diff gear is laser engraved with 49T for fast & easy recognition.
Our special heat treatment makes kit very hard and strong not just at first glance and in the core, this provides kit an extraordinarily-long lifespan with very low wear comparing to standard gears.
