The 41T diff bevel gear for XRAY Active DiffT is machined from unique HUDY metal material which has been particularly developed for gear-type items, in addition hardened and precision ground to suit the tightest threshold demands for perfect match the diff outdrives.
The gears are separately machined on a precision German gear machine and each gear is independently tested and inspected. The diff gear is then laser etched with "Active Diff 41" for effortless and immediate recognition. This gear is recommended for slippery songs. Provides increased stability while launching a slight number of on-power understeer.
