42-tooth big bevel gear for center differential is machined from special HUDY metal product which has been specifically developed for gear-type services and products, in addition hardened and precision ground to suit the tightest tolerance needs for perfect fit with the diff outdrives. The gears are individually machined on a precision German gear device and every gear is separately tested, examined, and run in. The diff gear is then laser engraved with "Active 42T" for simple and immediate recognition.
Our unique heat treatment makes kit very difficult and strong not only on top and in core, therefore supply the gear an extraordinarily-long lifespan with really low wear comparing to standard gears.
