The engine mount design permits the entire mount become rotated from right-to-left to permit the engine become installed either frontward or rearward.
The motor is connected to an eccentric mounting dish, and the assembly is placed into an integral motor holder/drivetrain help. This design enables quick & simple motor rotation to modify gear mesh, yet clamp firmly using only a single screw.
